The space has enough absorptive and diffusive surfaces to be tight but not dead.

    Even normal people comment on how quiet and different it sounds here. Yes, that's an A77 Revox in the lower foreground. I have five working tape decks, two SV3900 DAT decks, a cassette deck and a working 8-track tape player waiting for the next call from someone who needs a transfer. Last year I had a 114 hour project on reel-to-reel; a series of lectures about creativity from decades ago. Big Fun! I delivered that on a thumb drive. What a world!      More ...
